SCRIP VENDOR OF THE MONTH!!!

Niki’s Italian Restaurant is our September Vendor of the Month. They have locations close to school, one on Rufe Snow and North Tarrant and the other on North Davis Blvd. & Harwood. Niki’s generously gives 30% of all their Scrip Gift Certificates sold to our school. We have $10 gift certificates to Niki’s, which means for every $10 you buy, we get $3 towards a new gym. So whether it is a night out for dinner with the family or calling ahead for take out on the way home (they are right down the street) help support our Vendor of the Month now and throughout the year. And help us get a little closer to reaching our goal of building a new gym.

SCRIP cards with multiple uses


Scrip is a gift certificate program. When you buy Scrip gift cards for your groceries, gas, the movies, shopping and other fun things you are earning money for our school to build a gym. Revenue that has been earned from Scrip for a gym is in excess of $150,000 already!

For example, you buy a $25 Kroger gift card, you pay $25, the school gets 5% back on your purchase. That 5% goes to an account to build our gym. Need Birthday Presents, Teacher Gifts, Going Out To Dinner, Need to Fill Up Your Tank, Need Some New Clothes, Going to the Movies???? Buy it through Scrip.

Scrip is sold Monday – Friday from 7:45 to 8:15 a.m. in the School Store for gift certificates we keep on hand. Look for the diamond shape next to any of the Scrip cards on your order form. This indicates we have these cards in stock. Weekly Orders can be placed each Monday by submitting your order form along with either cash or check in your child’s book bag. The order will be processed, filled and sent home on Friday, just in time to use for the weekend. A new order form will go home each week in the Friday folders.

You can pay your credit card balance for Kohls and J.C. Penneys with Scrip cards. So you can still use these credit cards, pay them off with Scrip cards and the school earns a percentage of what you’ve charged with no out of pocket expense to you. It’s free money for the school!!!! Gifts for Teachers for Christmas, Birthdays and Teacher Appreciation Week can be purchased with Scrip cards. You can purchase a specific Scrip card or you can purchase Scrip Bucks and let the teacher redeem these for the stores of their choice. all you have to do is fill out your order form each week and send it in by Monday morning to join the other families already participating in working towards getting our school the much needed gym that will benefit our children tremendously. It requires minimal effort on your part and benefits the school greatly. Any amount helps!
